Support our Work

Song Writing Works

Together, we're restoring health and community through song!

Thank you for joining us in our mission!

Songwriting Works thrives because of the support we receive from donors, volunteers, and participants of all ages. We are able to deepen our roots in rural and urban communities, and to expand the reach and benefits of our services to underserved populations with support of program hosts, business sponsors and collaborating project partners.

Gifts can be directed to specific program areas or overall operations. Business sponsors and partners may choose to support specific regional programs or wider public awareness campaigns and training initiatives.

Whatever form your gift takes - every dollar, set of skills, ticket sold
or hour volunteered goes directly toward our mission of restoring
health and community.

IN 2013 we are especially seeking sponsors for the new Olympic Peninsula CD recording project which will celebrate songs composed by more than 200 participants in the region. Performers include SW's touring ensemble of pro musicians and producer Orville Johnson.

We also welcome volunteers for our intergenerational summer MusicTeams and November community SongFest.

Would you like to work with us behind the scenes in depth?

elders advisory and rural program councils.
